IT Services supports the learning, research and administration activities of the University in all of its locations.

In line with best practice and to protect your data and the University systems, all users are required to change their password every 90 days. You should receive an E-mail 5 days prior to your password expiring requesting you to change it. If for any reason you do not see the E-mail or do not action it, you can still change your password by accessing password.hope.ac.uk/pwm and entering your current credentials. You will then be guided through the process to update your password.
