Foundation Hour Time Table

Print E-mail
In the middle of the week, all staff and students are invited to stop all their normal activities and take time to come together to reflect on how they and the University contribute to the fulfilment of Hope’s mission “to educate in mind, body and spirit”.

Foundation Hour, held every Wednesday at 1.00pm, offers different inputs, discussions and services to help all reflect on their own place within Hope’s unique ethos.
