Conferencing and Events Catering at Hope Park

The Hope Park Campus offers excellent catering facilities. 

Delegates can enjoy the refreshments on offer, including Fairtrade teas and coffee and Italian hot chocolate. Food is also served including sandwiches, paninis and toasties, as well as a range of cakes and Fairtrade confectionary.

The EDEN Restaurant, Lounge and Arbour Room will satisfy the most complex event requirements. The open plan space can be divided into three discrete areas enabling several events to take place simultaneously. 

 

The stylishly designed EDEN Lounge, with its soft furnishing and subtle lighting scheme, will provide the perfect setting for delegates to relax after a day of meetings, or can be used alongside the Arbour Room as the ideal place to host a gala dinner.

 

The EDEN Restaurant and Lounge are open to the public and offer table service dining, featuring a daily a-la-carte menu using locally produced ingredients, sourced for their low food miles where possible.

Hope Park's food court 'Fresh Hope', comprises of a high quality food hall, private dining restaurant area, coffee shop and convenience store. Our chefs are flexible to our clients’ taste and dietary requirements – anything is possible from business breakfasts to canapé drinks receptions to gala dinners.

 

Within our day delegate rate you can choose from either a hot two course meal or one of our buffet menus, which can be served either in the main food hall or in your meeting room. Our experienced catering team is always happy to discuss menus to ensure we meet your requirements. If you want to give your delegates flexibility to choose their own catering options, Fresh Hope offers a variety of menus , changing on a daily basis, but which always feature a wide selection of freshly prepared dishes including hot choices, along with a delicious salad bar. Our chefs pride themselves on using seasonal, locally produced ingredients with low food miles where possible, enabling them to offer a high quality standard of food.

A great place to relax with a Fairtrade tea or coffee, or indulge with a creamy Italian hot chocolate. Serving a range of cakes and Fairtrade confectionary, as well as sandwiches, paninis and toasties.

Located to the side of the Fresh Hope food court, the private dining area offers seating for up to 74 guests cabaret style and is an ideal setting for post conference functions. As the event organiser you will have a choice of a four course meal or one of our carefully selected buffets, both of which will be waitress served in this private setting.

 

A variety of menus are on offer, which are regularly updated, however conference organisers are welcome to make suggestions and alterations to the menus, to best suit your event. 

 

Hope Park is a fully licensed venue allowing us to facilitate an extensive bar service at your request, so please discuss your requirements with a member of our team.
