An enterprising culture is at the very heart of Liverpool Hope University and Hope Business Gateway. There are a number of innovative and exciting opportunities available to businesses and organisations that support a true enterprising culture.
This provides the opportunity for businesses and Liverpool Hope University academics to work in partnership to develop ideas, products and services that will have a real impact on economic, environmental and social issues. Guidance is also provided on Intellectual Property Rights.
These help businesses improve their competitive approach and productivity through Liverpool Hope University’s skill set and extensive knowledge base. These programmes meet a core strategic need to identify innovative solutions to help a business grow.
This is a retail sales unit located in a prime site at our Hope Park Campus that offers businesses the opportunity to sell products and services to Hope staff and students, five days a week.
Housed within the University, Hope Business Gateway’s incubation units provide the perfect environment for new start-ups to prosper. There are opportunities for hot-desking on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, as well as small offices for those who wish to develop their business.
Hope Business Gateway hosts a range of topical business networking events, primarily located within the stunning EDEN Building. These events bring together an extensive network of key decision makers, social entrepreneurs and thought leaders from across the country. With a dedicated theme for each event hosted, businesses and organisations can capitalise on a number of excellent sponsorship packages that offer further profile raising opportunities. Sponsors can enjoy a designated speaker slot alongside a keynote representative, selected advertising slots for their brand banner and full advertising support from the Hope Business Gateway team.
In addition to the sponsorship offered by the Business Gateway, there are opportunities to sponsor graduate enterprise awards, student scholarships and corporate undergraduate and postgraduate prizes. Please contact the Development Office and Alumni team for more information.
For businesses looking for solutions to problems then there is an opportunity to offer students action learning projects. Where a company has a specific problem why not contact the University and ask if a group of students could work on it, as part of their coursework.
If you are keen to give something back then you might be interested in acting as a mentor to students, graduates or new start-up businesses.
