The Archbishop Desmond Tutu Centre for War and Peace Studies and Liverpool Hope Student Union celebrate Black History Month.
Come along and discover the legacy of Sir Arthur Lewis, the first Afro-Caribbean to be appointed professor at a British university and the first also to be awarded the Nobel Prize in Economics in 1979, who worked tirelessly for the “Windrush Generation” in Manchester in the 1940s.
