We offer confidential one-to-one appointments at Hope Park, telephone or Skype appointments and short drop-in advice sessions. 

There is a free accessible shuttle bus between Hope Park, the Creative Campus and our Aigburth campus.


To book an appointment

An appointment is always recommended for your first meeting with us, as this will give you sufficient time to fully discuss the impact of your disability or difficulty and any support options available to you. A full appointment usually lasts 45 minutes.

Please try to let us know in advance if you have any particular requirements in relation to meeting with us.


Drop-in advice sessions

Drop-in sessions enable you to obtain answers quickly to any queries you may have about your support.  No appointment is required for our drop-in advice sessions and these usually take place from:

Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm (During term-time only)

Students are seen in order of arrival by the Learning Support Adviser on duty. Meetings are normally limited to 15 minutes.



Disabled parking spaces at Hope Park and Creative Campus are available to registered blue badge holders only. The available spaces can be identified on the campus maps. Please feel free to contact us if you require any further assistance with this.
