Lifting mood and raising self-esteem course is a seven week course held at the Umbrella Centre, 111 Mount Pleasant, Liverpool City Centre. To avoid disappointment, please note that visits to the centre are by appointment only.

Then, this app may be for you. This app was developed by a clinical psychologist using he methods of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to help improve self-esteem.
