Graduation day is an exciting time for everyone involved. It's your reward for completing your degree, and it's a great day for your family to come and see you be rewarded for all of your hard work. To make sure the day goes as smoothly as possible, please read the below information carefully.
Parking at Hope Park is free during Graduation.
Graduands and their guests must arrive at the Cathedral promptly before the ceremony starts. You are requested to remain in your seats. Graduands' seat numbers are printed on the ceremony tickets. All graduands must sit in their allocated seats.
Guests' seats are unreserved. No guests will be admitted to the Cathedral without a valid ticket or after the final admission time. Ushers, dressed in black and red robes with direct you to the correct seating areas and check that all graduands are in their allocation seats.
For the enjoyment of others, all members of the congregation are asked to remain in their seats during the ceremony.
Photography is allowed, but please be aware that other guests will be sitting behind you.

An application to attend a Graduation event run by Liverpool Hope University constitutes an understanding that the event may be photographed or videoed and consequently you agree that you may appear in Liverpool Hope University's promotional materials.
Graduation certificates will be presented at the Cathedral to Graduands who attend the ceremony. Those receiving their degree in absentia will receive their certificate by registered mail after the ceremony (please allow up to four weeks for delivery).
If your address changes, please go to the My Details section of the Student Records Management (SRM) system to update your details.
The full name of each Graduand will be printed on the certificate. This will be as it appears on the online booking form. Please ensure that you check the spelling of your name and other appropriate details for any errors that may have occurred and make the amendments when completing your online booking form in the Student Records Management (SRM) system.
Please note that you will be asked to provide official documentation showing confirmation of changes to names.
