Hope is Mohammad's 'home away from home'
Mohammad Shabuj, an International MBA student from Bangladesh, talks about his Hope experience.
"I come from Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. I completed my graduation in Computer Sciences from National University, Gazipur, Bangladesh. Before coming to Liverpool Hope, I was working at Generation X Telecommunication (XGTEL), Bangladesh as an operations Manager, and a lecturer at Northern College Bangladesh.
My choice of the International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) course was based on aiming a career in management, especially international business. Liverpool Hope is not only has affordable tuition costs but the best campus environment in Liverpool, Friendly staff, Professors with exceptional qualifications and teaching styles, and one of the best learning environments I have seen so far. Also, getting to know that Hope students have had 100% employment figures last year has been an icing on the cake for making me end up in Hope.
"The best thing about my course is the learning environment. The Professors create an interactive and friendly learning environment, making learning a pleasurable experience. Professor David Weir, Dr. Paresh Wankhade and Dr. Bill Punshon are the Professors I have had the most interaction with and no matter where I go, I will always remember them, for their exceptional knowledge and teaching styles. I would never forget my experience at Hope as it has been and will always be a home away from home. "
We are really proud to have Mohammad as a student of Liverpool Hope. Not only has is he working hard at his studies, Mohammad has also become an integral part of the international Hope family. During Eid, some 60 members of our Muslim community enjoyed an Eid party and lunch to celebrate Eid-ul-Adha. Several nations were represented at the party and much praise is due to Mohammad Shabuj, for his leading role in the organising of the party.
