Owned and operated by Liverpool Hope University, Plas Caerdeon Outdoor Education Centre delivers residential outdoor activity courses to a wide range of internal and external groups, including schools, youth groups of all ages, university students and staff. The Centre is set in 18 acres of woodlands within the Snowdonia National Park, between Dolgellau and Barmouth overlooking the Mawddach Estuary - often described as one of the most beautiful in Britain.
We are now looking for an appropriately qualified and experienced Deputy Head Cook/Housekeeper to support the Head Cook in continuing to provide an excellent catering and domestic service to large groups of visitors throughout the year.
