Pedagogical Research in Maximising Education

PRIME is a journal published by Liverpool Hope University, the intention of which is to encourage and disseminate pedagogical research and learning and teaching initiatives in higher education.

PRIME will be published annually (April/ May) and disseminated to all academic staff at Liverpool Hope University. An electronic version will be produced on the Learning and Teaching website. There will be a limited dissemination of hard copies of the journal to other Higher Education Institutions in the UK.

PRIME focuses on all aspects of pedagogical research in higher education ranging from small-scale classroom studies carried out by an individual member of staff to collaborative research both within and outside Liverpool Hope. The aim is to provide a forum where colleagues can disseminate their pedagogical research and learning and teaching initiatives. PRIME is also intended to be a platform from which colleagues can go on to develop further articles that are considered suitable into fully fledged papers that can be submitted to national and international pedagogical journals. Advice and support will be given.
