The Leadership Skills Workshops are intensive, fun, experiential and involve some of the best trainers and leadership coaches from around the world as well as students who have taken part in L2L's Internship Programme. The Workshops are delivered by Learn to Lead (L2L) and have been designed to complement and enhance your university studies. The workshops will be covering 2 subjects: 1) Advanced Communication: Present Yourself! The ability to deliver effective and congruent presentations is a key leadership quality. Join Learn to Lead staff and peer mentors in a lively workshop aimed at developing your confidence and ability as a public speaker. Shy people welcome!
2) The Leader as CoachThis day long workshop will develop your ability to ask questions as a way of enabling change in yourself and others. It will also develop your understanding of the often non-verbal information that people give in everyday and problem situations. This workshop is a must for anyone contemplating a career which involves working with a broad range of people.
