Help from librarians

Library staff are here to help and support you with your studies at Liverpool Hope. Staff are easily identified as they wear red lanyards with 'Library Staff' in white writing.

Library Help Point

The Library Help Point is the desk immediately inside the main entrance of to The Sheppard-Worlock Library. At Creative Campus, the help point is located at the rear of the library.

The help points are staffed by library assistants and student ambassadors; please ask them any questions you may have whilst in the library. 

Student ambassadors (identified by wearing a red top) can help with basic enquiries such as opening hours, using the self-service machines, PIN numbers and directions.

Library assistants can assist you with issues relating to your library account and help with finding items in the library.

Subject Support Points

The Subject Support Points in The Sheppard-Worlock Library are based on the ground and first floors. They are staffed with librarians who can help you with in-depth enquiries about resources for your studies. 

The Creative Campus Subject Support Point is close to the library entrance and is staffed by the Faculty Librarian, Angela Duckworth, on Mondays and Fridays during term time.
