Dr Emma Katz is delighted to be Keynote speaker at the Government of Denmark’s International Conference on Honour Related Conflicts this November.
The goal of the conference, organised by the Danish Ministry of Immigration and Integration, is to open up new and important knowledge by gathering together leading European researchers and thinkers.
Dr Katz’s Keynote will address the key conferences theme: Coercive Control and Freedom, drawing on her multi-award-winning research in this area.
Previously, the Lecturer in Childhood and Youth received the Wiley Prize for best paper published in Child Abuse Review 2015–2018 (First Prize), and the Women Against Violence Europe (WAVE) Corinna Seith Prize 2016 for her research.
