Award for Hope’s ‘innovative’ Online StoreFriday 19 February 2016
Process and payment experts WPM named Liverpool Hope University’s Online Store a winner at its annual awards ceremony.
Online Store Administrator Rebecca McCoy and Systems Accountant Ann Rimmer were presented with the Most Innovative Use of the Online Store award in front of WPM users from across the Higher Education (HE) and Further Education (FE) sectors.
Rebecca, who graduated from Hope in 2012, said: “We have made substantial developments to the store over the past three years, not only using it for field trips and events, but taking it to the next level by offering a click and collect catering service, car parking permits and staff development sessions.
“Having access to these functions made us stand out from the rest, and I feel really proud to have all the hard work we’ve put into the store recognised.”
The awards celebrate the efforts of WPM users to deliver innovative, efficient and user-friendly payments processes to customers.
At this year’s event, HE and FE institutions were recognised in nine categories.
