Dr Sonja Tiernan on Women's Hour

Liverpool Hope History Department's Dr Sonja Tiernan appeared on Radio Four Women's Hour on Friday 21st December, talking about the legacy of power.
 

Dr Tiernan discussed how, when looking at powerful women from the start of the 20th century, the Suffragettes have to some extent obscured other noteworthy figures of the time.
