Fine Art student’s 3D sculpture scoops brand ambassador prizeFriday 22 January 2016
Fine Art and Sculpture student Henry Chan has beaten hundreds of students and young artists to be named IDO3D’s new brand ambassador.
The second year student was presented with a £2,000 bursary towards his future art career, after wowing the judges with his 3D sculpture of two hands.
IDO3D tasked a shortlist of ten artists with commissioning their submitted designs using the company’s 3D pen packs and Henry scooped the top spot.
Speaking to Toy World magazine, Henry said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank IDO3D for selecting me as their brand ambassador and I really look forward to working with the company on future projects, which I may be able to incorporate into my own studio work at university.
“I have found the whole experience interesting and enjoyable and I always look forward to discovering and working with new materials to produce new art.”
