PGCE Primary and Secondary Study opportunities

All our PGCE Primary and Secondary courses are now open for 2010 entry.  

Liverpool Hope University offers two main pathways into teaching. If you are already a graduate, you may be eligible to enrol for the one year Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) which is offered both for Primary teaching and for a range of Secondary subjects.

Alternatively, there are undergraduate routes for prospective primary teachers. We have undergraduate degrees which lead to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and other degree courses in related subjects which are a great base from which to complete a PGCE.
