Timetabling Advice

Course Amendment Forms are available from the Gateway Reception Desk or by emailing administration@hope.ac.uk.

 

1. If you have any queries about whether your proposed courses meet the needs of your home university, please contact Student Administration in the Gateway Building.


2. The Assessment Pattern for each course must be the standard pattern approved for the module UNLESS your home university has agreed in advance that you need not be assessed or that you may leave before the final assessment is due.

 

3. For advice on the courses available and timetables please see contacts below:     

Arts and Humanities Faculty – Please contact the Faculty Office FML075 for advice.

Education Faculty – Please contact the Faculty Office EDEN017 for advice (Nikil Gomes).  

Sciences & Social Sciences Faculty – Please visit the Departmental Office as listed below:

Mathematics & Computer Science (FML 406)

Geography (inc Environmental Management, Tourism & Leisure (FML 202)

Health Sciences (inc Biology & Nutrition) (HCA E112)

Psychology (HCA EW019)

Social Work, Care & Justice (inc Criminology) (FML 306)

Liverpool Hope Business School (LHBS 001) 

The relevant Faculty/Departmental Office staff member will sign sections B & C to confirm the course changes are valid.

 

4. When the form has been fully completed, it must be submitted to the Student Administration Office in the Gateway Building, as follows:

  • by approaching the Gateway Service and asking for the form to be placed in the Student Administration posting box;
  • via the Faculty Office in the Creative Campus to be forwarded to Student Administration at Hope Park;
  • via fax [to 0151 291 3048].

Details of the courses available can be found either by contacting the Faculty Office.

Amendments to courses registration will take a minimum of 48 hours after the form has been returned

Please ensure that this form is returned to Student Administration, Gateway Building, Hope Park.  Failure to do so could result in incorrect grades being sent to your home university.
