Applying to Hope

Applying to Hope

Liverpool Hope University operates a centralised Admissions department for applications to most of our courses. Our experienced team includes staff with specialist knowledge to help process applications from people with a wide variety of qualifications, and from all over the world.

Admissions Policy

It is Liverpool Hope's policy to admit those candidates who demonstrate they have an academic ability and personal motivation to succeed in their chosen programme of study. We actively encourage applications from students who are looking to be intellectually stretched, stimulated and challenged in their studies, and who will add energy, and bring breadth of experience and vitality to the University community.

Level 3 Diplomas

Liverpool Hope University is keen to offer as many progression opportunities for Diploma students as possible and will continue to review our progression routes as additional Diplomas come into force.

Following discussions with various colleagues, Liverpool Hope University is pleased to recommend the following –

Progression Diploma - Acceptable only when combined with other qualifications
Advanced Diploma – Acceptable on its own but some programmes may require specific ASL subjects.

It should be noted that some of the above programmes will have specific GCSE requirements that students will have to meet in addition to the Diploma.
