Creative Campus

Hope's Creative Campus consists of two Grade II Listed buildings and a hall of residence offering self-catering en-suite accommodation for up to 180 students. The University has invested £20 million in this creative and performing arts campus. The state-of-the-art facilities include two theatres, three dance studios, a popular music basement, a music technology laboratory, a recording studio, and studios for painting, sculpture, wood, ceramics, metal and textiles.

Supported by £6.5m funding from The Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and the North West Development Agency (NWDA), the University completed the fourth and final phase of its Creative Campus with the construction of a new Centre for Music, Performance and Innovation in 2010. The centre is housed in the brand new Capstone Building, which also boasts music practice rooms, business incubation spaces and The Capstone Theatre, a state-of-the-art 200 seat performance space.
