Research at Liverpool Hope is at the heart of University life at Liverpool Hope. The excitement of discovery, the acquisition of new knowledge and seeing things in new and challenging ways keep the academic community refreshed. While research is an important part of any Undergraduate degree, it is during Postgraduate studies that students more actively engage in research and develop in ways that mean that they become active contributors to the disciplines to which they belong.
There are opportunities for all Postgraduates to engage in the wider academic life of the University. The Sheppard-Worlock Library has extensive opening hours and a dedicated research centre with computing facilities specifically for Postgraduate students. The Alexander Jones Research & Postgraduate Centre provides facilities for Postgraduate students to study and relax.
In addition to the core teaching provision for each programme of study, Liverpool Hope also organises a significant number of top-quality special research seminars and lectures which draw upon the expertise both of Hope staff and distinguished academics from outside the University.
