Liverpool Hope University’s Summer Arts Degree Show is an annual celebration of performances and visual art work by third year students as they approach their graduation.
Emerging artists from the disciplines of dance, drama, music, art and design come together to display their burgeoning talents in an impressive culmination of their three years of study, centred on the strikingly refurbished Cornerstone building at the University’s city-centre campus.

The web site  www.hope.ac.uk/show10 gives details of all performances and events open to the public, but we advise patrons to make a late check of any event they wish to attend – due to the number of performances and the demands of examiners, dates and times are sometimes subject to revision. Any changes to the schedule will be updated on these web pages daily, both in the full schedule of performances and events and in the news section .

The Creative Campus

The vibrant and growing Creative Campus is home to all the creative and performing arts, is close to most of the city’s arts venues, and is sited in Shaw Street amidst a beautiful new renaissance garden Angel Field.
The University has strong – and developing – links with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, the European Opera Centre, Milap Festival trust (which promotes Indian Arts) and several theatres museums and galleries. Besides working alongside Philharmonic players, our students also have opportunities to work in various arts venues and organisations and they are able to enjoy workshops and contact with celebrated and distinguished artists such as Joanna MacGregor, John Godber and Vasily Petrenko, who are all numbered among the University’s professorial staff.
