My current research expertise is in the fields of Geoheritage, Geoconservation and Geotourism. I am also interested in Environmental Legislation (particularly relating to Geoconservation), and Glacial Environments (landforms, sediment associations and processes).
My teaching interests are: general physical geography especially geomorphology and biogeography; field-based interpretation of the physical environment, mainly in the UK and Malta; glacial environments (processes and geomorphology); Quaternary environmental change; geoconservation and nature conservation.
