I am a Research Fellow of the Hope-Bangalore Institute of Business, Management and Leadership. My research interests are Cognitive Studies in Business Development, Marketing Science and Marketing Behaviour; I am a research student supervisor.
I completed my PhD in Personality, Organizational Orientations & Learning from the University of Salford. I am a Graduate Psychologist with a Masters degree in Educational Psychology from Manchester University. I am the co-chair for the Organizational Studies track and Special Interest Group at the British Academy of Management. I am a Fellow of the College of Teachers, Member of The Academy of Marketing Science, Member of the Association of NeuroPsychoEconomics, and a Member of the British Academy of Management Research Directors Group. I was previously Systems Analyst for Marconi Radar Systems Ltd and Research Fellow at the University of Salford in Evaluation of European Funded Management Training Programmes across the UK.
