I completed my undergraduate degree and PhD in Trinity College Dublin, where I lectured on Victorian Literature from 2007-2010. I am the co-ordinator of Level I Literature and teach Nineteenth-Century Literature and Major Authors. I am currently organizing a series of lectures on nineteenth-century Irish literature, which will be launched at the Liverpool Irish Festival in October 2012. My research specialism is Law and Literature and I have published articles in Nineteenth-Century Literature and the Thomas Hardy Journal. I am currently completing my monograph on Thomas Hardy and the Law, which will be published by Edinburgh University Press.
