
I received my PhD degree in Computing from the University of Bradford in 2010, and MSc and BSc degrees in physical electronics and communication engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2006 and 2004. I have published two book chapters and over 20 research papers in prestigious international journals (e.g., IEEE Trans. Wireless Communications, Computer Networks, Information Sciences) and at reputable international conferences (e.g., ICC, GLOBECOM, WCNC).
I have served as a TPC member of many international conferences (e.g., ScalCom (09-10) and CIT’10, AINA’12) and am a reviewer for high-quality journals and conferences (e.g., IEEE TMC, TPDS, INFOCOM 12, GLOBECOM (08-10), and CIT'10). I have also served as a guest editor for Telecommunication Systems, a Program Co-Chair of IEEE HPCC-2012, Local Arrangement Chair of IEEE ICESS’10, and a Workshop Co-chair of IEEE ICESS-ESA 10 and IEEE FCST-AIPNGN 11, IEEE IUCC-AIPNGN 12. I received the Outstanding Service Award for my contributions in IEEE ICESS ’10 and HPCC-12. I have been involved in the UK EPSRC and the EU FP-6 projects as a researcher and developer of new analytical tools.
