The Gateway to Hope Building is where students can access the range of student support services, which in many ways make Liverpool Hope University distinctive. It is also the ‘front door’ of the University. The Service Desk is at the heart of the Gateway Building’s operation and operates a ‘triage’ approach to Student Support & Well-being. If our team are unable to answer a query, it is our role to assess the particular need and to direct students (as well as staff and visitors) in the direction of a Hope team member who can assist. In this sense we offer both general guidance and easy access to specialist advice. From your very first contact with us, we aim to make your experience of Hope both friendly and enjoyable, and we will provide support every step of the way. We are a relatively small institution and you will be known by name and respected as an individual right from the start. If you would like specific information about one of these services then please use the links on the left hand side of this page or for general enquiries, the Contact Us button. Please let me know personally if you have suggestions on how we can improve our service to you and other students. Please click on image below to read our latest Newsletter.
