The Diploma in Human Resource Management is a full award of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). The course is a unitised programme, which employs a mixture of different methods of delivery including group workshop sessions and individual coaching.
Assessment is by a mixture of examinations, written assignments and documented assessment of competence. Successful achievement of the Diploma is dependent on achieving the required standard in all forms of assessment.
This course is accredited by CIPD. Delegates will receive a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management after successful completion of the course.
