This programme is an introduction to Management Studies for practising middle managers and is ideal for busy working managers, hoping to further their professional and personal development through part-time study.
The CMI Level 5 Award covers module 5001, ‘Personal Development as a Manager and Leader’.

This unit is about improving individual management and leadership skills and competencies against objectives.

• Assessing and planning for personal professional development
• Plan for the resources required for personal professional development
• Implement and evaluate the personal development plan
• Support and promote staff welfare.
This course is accredited by CMI. Delegates will receive a CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership after successful completion of the course.
