GOLD is an action learning set focusing on Growth Out of Leadership Development and is designed specifically for owner-managers and senior managers. Participants will work on their own personal and business development with a group of like-minded individuals and an experienced facilitator.
Action learning sets deal with real problems and issues: participants will be asked to present business issues of concern to them. The general principle is to ‘work through’ problems with a view to resolving issues and learning from them. New insights are gained from sharing problems within the group and collectively looking at solutions.

Course Length: 6 x 3 hour sessions
The course aims to provide students with the following:
· The opportunity to ‘take stock’ of where your business is and to set some targets for the future.
· Getting a different perspective on potential plans or ideas for your business.
· Being asked insightful questions about why you run your business or aspects of it in a particular way thereby challenging your thinking and helping you to move on.
· ‘Future thinking’ – having the opportunity to think where you and your business want to go; opening new horizons for your thinking.
