Health and Wellbeing

NEBOSH National Certificate in the Management of Health and Well-being at Work

Duration: 6 weeks, one day per week

Overview

This qualification will equip managers to minimise absence, encourage people back to work where possible, and deal effectively with the well-being issues of their staff.

Healthy workers can be almost three times more productive than employees with health and well-being issues*. On average, every worker in Britain is absent for seven days each year due to illness.
