The University will, in an effort to demonstrate transparency, provide a privacy notice for each University service.
Each privacy notice will explain how the University will:
- collect data,
- process data,
- outline the legal basis for processing data,
- explain the purpose of processing data,
- identify who the University may share data with and,
- specify how long data will be retained for.
Through its privacy notices, the University will also set out your rights to access the data we hold about you as well as the contact details for the University's Data Protection Officer, should you have any questions or queries you wish to raise.
