Liverpool Hope University are looking to recruit a colleague to work within the Student Administration Unit. You will join an adaptable and data driven unit, ensuring that the University is well placed to meet the changing requirements of the sector. The post holder will provide an enhanced service to students and staff in relation to records and assessments; on a day to day basis however, there will be a clear focus on data input, systematic checks of data integrity and ensuring the accuracy of base-line information in relation to key external returns. You will be at the core of the activity of the unit and will be supported by colleagues with a range of expertise.
As an administrator within the Registrar’s team within the Unit you will be highly numerate and will have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have gained a degree which included a high level of mathematics, statistics and/or computing. You should have experience in the use of any computerised student databases, preferably SITS. You must have the ability to accept responsibility, work proactively and problem-solve, working confidently both independently and as part of a busy, responsive team.
