Hope Preparatory Programme

At Hope, we know sometimes exams don’t quite go to plan and your potential isn’t realised on the day. If this happened for you, we’d like to work with you to help make your university dreams a reality!

The Hope Preparatory Programme is designed for students like you. Running from 13 to 20 September 2024, this short programme will prepare you for university life and provide a pathway to start your studies with us in September. Teaching is a mixture of in-person on-campus and online, and there are morning and afternoon sessions on weekdays. 

Over the programme, you’ll develop these necessary skills:

• you’ll explore your motivation to learn
• hone your critical thinking
• develop academic confidence and excellent self-regulation techniques.

By the end of the week-long programme, you will have produced a piece of written work, and had a short interview with one of your academics. If you’re successful, you’ll be able to start your foundation degree with us as planned this September!
