If you are staying on a bed and breakfast basis, breakfast is served from 7.30am-9.30am in Fresh Hope or the Cornerstone Cafe unless other specific arrangements have been made. If you are staying on a room only basis there are plenty of opportunities to relax, and enjoy good food. Visit the University Where to eat Webpage for details of where to eat on campus.
Check in is from 2pm, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed and approved in advance.
Delegates are requested to vacate their rooms by 10am and return their room key to our Campuses Main Lodge, or our Conference and Events Office (located in the EDEN Building at Hope Park). Keys not returned to the Conference and Events Office or Main Lodge on your departure day will result in a £30.00 replacement fee per key.
Our Conference and Event Office is staffed 9.00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holiday), outside these hours our Main Lodge is open 24 hours, and will be happy to provide assistance.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in your accommodation and across both of our campuses. If you have booked your accommodation as part of a conference or via the Conference Team, you can collect Wi-Fi codes/passwords from the Conference and Events Office or the Main Lodge. For Accommodation booked directly via the Accommodation Office, your Wi-Fi codes are on the front of your key pack.
All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary tea and coffee packs. Standard rooms also have a small fridge.
Televisions are not provided in all bedrooms, although there are televisions available in most lounge/common room areas.
We have a wide range of bedrooms, which include En-Suite or shared facilities here at Liverpool Hope University. To find detailed information about your bedroom facilities visit our Accommodation Webpage, then simply select your chosen campus and bedroom type.
Towels, bed linen and toiletry/soaps packs are provided in all of our rooms.
Crockery and cutlery are not provided in our halls of residence rooms (Gerald Manley Hopkins, Newman, Teresa or Wesley Hall) or our standard rooms with shared kitchen facility (Angela Hall, Austin Hall, St Angus, St Elphin, St Margaret, St Ethelreada Hall).
Unfortunately, we do not provide a concierge service.
Campus laundrettes are available by purchasing a pre-pay card from the on-site laundrette (Credit must be paid online). Additionally, if you would like information on nearby laundry facilities, please contact our Conference and Events Team, The Accommodation Office or visit Liver Laundrettes for the closest facilities.

The University operates a no-smoking policy throughout its premises. In addition to a ban on smoking in enclosed public spaces, smoking is not allowed anywhere on campus except for the designated smoking shelters around the University. Designated smoking shelters can be found on both campus maps.
Any guests found guilty of smoking in the Halls of Residence or other buildings may incur a fumigation charge of £150 per bedroom/room. Should the University see fit that a whole flat/corridor needs to be fumigated, a charge will be set accordingly depending on the circumstances.
If any items are to be delivered to any University premises for an event, arrangements must be made with the Conference and Events Team beforehand.
We will reasonably endeavour to provide safekeeping of such items, which will nevertheless remain at your own risk, and we will not be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage.
Residential guests attending a conference will be provided with complimentary parking passes (Hope Park only). Please collect your parking pass from your conference registration. Guests arriving prior to conference registration may collect a pass from the Conference and Event Office or the Main Lodge.
For non-residential visitors there are pay and display machines located around the University campus. Be that as it may, conferences cover the costs of parking, in which case you will be notified and provided with a pass.
Our Hope Park campus offers four pay and display car parks with over 500 spaces in total, including disabled access spaces in each car park.
The Creative Campus has 29 parking spaces, subject to availability. Due to limited parking guests are advised to park at the 500 space Q-Park Royal Liverpool, which is only a few minutes’ walk away. For further details, please find further information at the Parking at Creative Campus Webpage.
All of our campuses are connected to Liverpool City Centre by public transport. There are also shuttle buses running between the Hope Park, Creative and Aigburth Campuses (during term time only). For specific travel information visit our How to Find Us Webpage.

Yes, our aim is to ensure that guests with any level or type of disability can be assured of their safety at all times. If you require assistance to leave the building in the case of an emergency or evacuation, please inform a Conference and Event representative, a member of staff in the Main Lodge or compete a PEEP’s questionnaire yourself, which can be obtained from the Conference office. If you have booked via the Accommodation Office, there was a place on the booking form to mention any additional assistance required. However, if you did not complete this, please inform a member of the Accommodation Staff on your arrival or for out of hours arrivals a member of the Security Staff will be happy to assist.
Yes, tickets for a small number of conferences (internally organised) are available via Liverpool Hope Universities Online Store. The online store provides a secure and easy to use pathway for purchasing goods and services from the University.
The store accepts all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard credit/debit cards, Visa Electron) with the exception of American Express.
