You can request copies of print books using the Request option on OneSearch. You will be emailed when they are ready to be collected. Your books will be wrapped in a bag and will be labelled with the first 3 letters of your surname and the last 4 digits of your ID number.
The Sheppard-Worlock Library: Requested books can be collected from the Library vestibule through the main library entrance. You will need your ID card to swipe in. You should sanitise your hands and wear a face covering (unless exempt) and only enter if there is no one else there. If there is please wait outside until they leave. Once you have collected your books please leave. Books can be collected Monday-Sunday 9am-5pm.

Books can be collected from the Student Success Zone. You will need your Hope ID card on campus. If you prefer to collect your books from The Sheppard-Worlock Library, please indicate this via the pickup location menu when placing your request.
If you are unable to come to campus to borrow books, they can be posted to you and can be ordered via the University's Online Store.

- The Sheppard-Worlock library
- The Student Success Zone on the Creative Campus
- The Trinity Room at the Aigburth Park Campus (or Aigburth residential students)
Books can also be returned to the library by posting them to the address below. We know that there is a cost involved and it is worth weighing the books and checking the price with different couriers. We advise that you use a service which provides proof of posting as books can be expensive to replace. If you have lost a book, you can buy a replacement copy, in good condition only, and have it posted directly to the Library.
