Graduate jobs

Your career choices will determine where you should look for graduate roles. From the sector you want to work in, through to your work environment preferences and location.

Whilst graduate schemes are a great route into large companies, these opportunities only make up 30% of the graduate labour market. Most graduates will be employed directly into individual positions within smaller to medium businesses. While graduate scheme applications begin from September of your final year, recruitment for individual positions is less structured. This means you may only begin applying for specific positions from Easter onwards in your final year.

If there are specific organisations that you would like to work for, then it is worth checking regularly on the vacancies page on their website. Some popular companies only advertise on their own website.
