From January 23rd - March 23rd 2023, Liverpool Hope University is participating in the BRIT Challenge, which aims to raise awareness and funds towards university student and staff mental health and wellbeing. For more information about the challenge, please visit our BRIT Challenge page.
Throughout the month of February, Student Development and Well-being want to highlight the array of different well-being activities that are taking place across the campuses.
Andee Moorcroft, the Student Well-being Officer, said: “We know that the cold, dark, winter months can be a challenge to many of us.
Now that the days are getting longer and Spring is nearly upon us, why not take this opportunity to set yourself some well-being goals.
It could be to try a new activity from the #FeelGoodFeb Guide, participating in the BRIT Challenge, or to focus on another area of well-being that you want to work on.”
