How to create your study plan

Students joining our Study Abroad and Exchange programmes have an exciting range of courses to choose from - the course listings are easy to browse online and students can send us their selections using the electronic form below - it couldn't be easier!

The following information applies to the Fall, Spring and Double programmes only - students applying for the Full Academic Year programme should see the link to the Course Finder below or contact globalcentre@hope.ac.uk to discuss their options.

Course selection process

1. First read this guidance Creating Your Study Plan Guidance

2. Go to the Fall or Spring Course Lists to select your courses

3. Complete the Course Selection Form

Please note that the courses in our listings are from Liverpool Hope's full Bachelor Degrees - you will study a small portion of the degree for 15 or 30 credits per subject.

Course lists

Please click on either the Fall or Spring List (Double programme students only need to make their Fall programme selections - we will ask you for your Spring selections later).

The Course Selection Form

When you have decided on the subjects you would like to take at Liverpool Hope, please complete the online Course Selection Form.

Please try to complete this task by the end of June for the Fall or Double programmes, and by the end of October for the Spring programme.

When filling out the form please choose a selection of 15 and 30 credit courses, making a total of exactly 45 LHU credits. Contemporary Britain is a compulsory 15 credit course that will be added to your 45 credits to make up the full 60 LHU credits. Visit our Program Content page to find out more.

Course levels

  • Level C means the course is from year 1 of a Bachelor degree
  • Level I means the course is from year 2 of a Bachelor degree
  • Level H means the course is from year 3 of a Bachelor degree
