How to Pay the Fee Package

Some Institutions pay on behalf of their students, but if you are responsible for paying your fees, please follw these instructions:

  • If you are studying with us for a 12-week Programme, you are required to pay the Fee Package in full before 1 September (for Fall) or 1 January (for Spring)

  • If you are studying with us for the Double Programme or the Full Year Programme, you are required to pay 50% of the Fee Package  by 1 September and the remaining 50% within three months of arrival

If your University or College pays your fees, we will invoice them and you do not have to pay anything toards the Fee Package (you may have to pay the Accommodation deposit which is separate and refundable after leaving).

To make a payment to Liverpool Hope you should use the Liverpool Hope Bank Transfer (powered by our partner Western Union Business Solutions). By using this service you can pay in your local currency from your home bank account so you don't need to worry about exchange rates or bank charges.

If you have any queries regarding this service or your payment you can contact WU Business Solutions' dedicated student support helpline on +44 (0) 1733 871871 or email

For further information please refer to the Regulations for Fees and Finance document.

As long as you arrive on Arrival Day (25 September 2021 or 4 January 2022), we will collect you from Manchester International Airport and transport you to your accommodation on campus.

You will be offered a private room at the Aigburth Park accommodation campus, which is about three miles from the main teaching campus (Hope Park). A free shuttle bus is available Monday to Friday during the day in term time, to get you back and forth to classes.

For further information, see our Accommodation page.

To apply for a room on Campus you must complete the on-line accommodation application at Apply for Accommodation

Room offers will be made by email and include the Accommodation Contract, which sets out the terms and conditions for living on campus. You must accept the Contract online and pay a deposit of £200 to secure your room - this is refundable after departure (conditions apply) and is not part of the Study Abroad Fee Package.

The University will begin an international orientation programme as soon as you arrive. This will include on-site support at Aigburth Park, information workshops, local and city tours, including help to use public transportation, a campus tour of Hope Park and help with the registration processes.

You will take up to four Study Abroad courses, making a total of 60 Liverpool Hope academic credits. You will be taught alongside full-degree seeking undergraduate students at Hope Park and the Creative Campus. See the Study Abroad and Exchange Guide for further information. Instructions about how to make your choices are included on the How to Apply page.

A meal package is not included, but a range of food outlets at Hope Park and the Creative Campus offer hot and cold meals or drinks and snacks to purchase. The Fee Package includes a catering credit of £420 for the 12-week Programmes and £840 for the Double Programme, to be used in the restaurants, coffee shops, bar area and student shops at Hope aprk or the Creative Campus. The card can also be used to purchase stationary items, gifts, or University-branded clothing at Hope Park. Food can be purchased from Our Place to take home for the evening.

Please note that the catering credit is not operational in shops in the community or city centre. There are no catering outlets at Aigburth Park. Catering in the evenings, weekends and the holiday periods is the responsibility of the student. All study rooms have access to a self-catering kitchen for making meals.

The catering credit is meant to be used in full during the Programme – any credit left on the card at the end of the Programme will NOT be refunded to the student. Students are advised to use all the credit on the card, but if any credit remains, it can be donated to charity via the International Hub.

  • If you cancel after receiving the confirmation/offer letter, charges may apply, depending on the reason for the cancellation
