Dr Konstanze Spohrer joins Sociologies of Education Summer SchoolWednesday 6 July 2016
Lecturer in Education Studies Dr Konstanze Spohrer has been selected to take part in a Summer School in Sociologies of Education, sponsored by the European Educational Research Association (EERA).
At the Summer School, which will be held at the University of Naples Frederico II from Monday 4th – Thursday 7th July, 20 emerging researchers from across Europe will work to develop their expertise in studying education policies, practices and outcomes.
The event is organised as an innovative laboratory, during which the participants present on a planned research project and receive feedback from their peers and leading scholars in the field of educational research.
Dr Spohrer said: “I expect the Summer School will be a unique opportunity for making links with researchers from across Europe, and the chance to further develop my research on educational governance and social justice from a comparative perspective.”
