I am a Senior Lecturer and the Award Director for the Business Management Major. I joined Liverpool Hope University in 2000, and became a Senior Lecturer in Business in 2006. Before joining Hope, I worked for many years managing international corporate accounts in the cement industry. I am also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. I currently teach Globalisation and Development, Global Business Cultures and Business Environments in the undergraduate provision. My research interests are cross-cultural management, with a focus on Latin America.
