Welcome to your Orientation Day information page. This page is designed to help you familiarise yourself with your University, campuses and the support services available. We want your transition to Liverpool Hope to be as easy and enjoyable as possible, please read the information below and watch the videos available. Hopefully all your questions will be answered but if you do have any further questions please join us on Thursday 24th September for our Virtual Orientation Day. Our Pro Vice Chancellor of Student Life and Learning, Dr Penny Haughan will be available live at 10.45am on our Orientation Day. Dr Haughan will be giving you all the important and relevant information you need as you begin your first year at Liverpool Hope. Please join us for this session as Dr Haughan will also be available to answer any of your questions live at this time. If you can’t make this session, please do not worry, the video below details all the information you require.

Starting university is the beginning of an exciting time in your life, but a number of students will require some additional support during your time with us. Our Student Support & Wellbeing team are on hand to offer advice and guidance. During the Orientation Day our SDW team will be available to answer any questions you may have, please contact the team via Unibuddy and select to chat with our Learning Support team. If you don’t have any specific questions but would like to know a little more about the services the team offer, please watch the short video below:
Our library offers a great service to our students and staff are both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Please listen in to the webinar at 11.45am on Orientation Day to find out about any changes the library has made and ask any outstanding questions you may have. Moving into halls can be both exciting and daunting. We want to make sure the process is as enjoyable and stress free as possible. We have halls of residence at Hope Park, Creative Campus and Aigburth Park. Our accommodation team will be available during the Orientation Day at 11.30am-11.45am to answer any of your questions live. If you can’t make the live session please watch the short video below
Coming to university represents one of the biggest financial decisions you will make, so it’s important to make sure you have everything ready. Our student funds team will be available for a live chat at our Orientation Day- please join them at 1pm-1.30pm.

The Students Union promotes an exciting and inclusive community at Hope. The SU encourages students to get involved with the many activities, clubs and societies that are available.
