Associate Professor Bryce Evans was invited to speak at the Institute of Historical Research (IHR) in London.
The IHR is the headquarters of history in the UK and is based at the iconic Senate House, University of London.
This famous building housed the Ministry of Information in World War Two and was the inspiration for George Orwell's Ministry of Truth in his novel Nineteen Eighty-Four.
Bryce delivered a seminar on the history of airline food, which is the topic of his forthcoming book, to be published by Bloomsbury.
The seminar was live-streamed via YouTube and can be watched here.
