Aspiring Graphic Designers were treated to a special behind the scenes look at the future of the industry at an event featuring experts from Adobe.
As well as emerging trends and new software, the students were shown a host of tips and tricks. There was also the opportunity to gain an insight into what is required of professionals in today’s design and video production industries.
Graphic Design student Tomos Williams said: “The day was great, it was a really good experience to be able to meet some of the Adobe team and see what kind of projects they’re working on.
"I also found the fact that they gave us tips and tricks really useful, and how they took the time to have a look at some of the work we have been producing with their software, allowing us to make good connections in industry.”
Liverpool Hope’s Graphic Design degree aims to equip students with the skills and theoretical knowledge to work and innovate in the Graphic Design sector and the wider creative industries.
The degree aims to create critical and confident graphic designers that will be ready to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing and increasingly technological sector.
Keen to collaborate with the next generation of Graphic Designers and Liverpool Hope’s educators, the team from Adobe plan to build on the success of the first session with future events.
