A new exhibition workshop by Head of Fine and Applied Art Janice Egerton is now on show at Tate Liverpool.
Design intervention: Transforming the everyday is part of Tate Exchange’s year of ‘production’, which focuses on creating everyday objects from recycled and discarded materials.
The exhibit uses previous exhibition materials produced by the gallery to lead discussions on sustainability, ethical consumerism and eco systems, at a series of drop in and make sessions.
Daily between 11 – 4pm, there are opportunities for participants to get involved in talks and workshops, including hands on crafting with recycled materials.
Organised in association with Liverpool Hope in support of the University’s international education charity project Global Hope, the event runs until Saturday 24th February.
