Aigburth Park Accommodation Campus is owned and managed by Liverpool Hope University. As a university-managed residence, the accommodation is accredited under the Universities UK (UUK) Code of Practice for Student Accommodation rather than the Liverpool Student Homes (LSH) Standards.
