A new exhibition exploring the relationship between ceramic techniques and digital engineering highlights the work of Associate Professor Alan Whittaker and Fine and Applied Art Technician Roozbeh Rajaie.
CERAMICA opened on Saturday 28th October at RIBA North on Liverpool’s waterfront, and is the result of collaboration between academics from Liverpool Hope University, Leeds Beckett University and The University of Liverpool.
It brings together leading professionals, designers, engineers, architects and ceramicists to realise projects with an environmental sustainable focus.
Liverpool Hope has been instrumental in developing this project since 2011, and has delivered a series of workshops in ceramic making techniques and glaze technologies for graduates from all three universities.
The exhibit runs until Saturday 10th February 2018.
