Alumna Prerana Simha Vuppala has seen her career go from strength-to-strength, since graduating with a BSc in Psychology from Liverpool Hope in 2018. We caught up with Prerana to find out where she is now.
“I graduated in BSc Psychology following a student exchange programme between Christ University, Bangalore, and Liverpool Hope.
“After completing my course, I returned to India, and within five months I was offered a job as a campus counsellor at a very reputed engineering college in Hyderabad. Within just a few days of starting the job, my membership with the British Psychology Society got accepted. I was then offered a job as Consulting Psychologist at Yashoda Hospitals - one of the best private hospitals in Hyderabad, India.
“I am now successfully consulting at the engineering college in the afternoons and at Yashoda Hospital in the evenings. I have also collaborated with the Government of Telangana in training their employees, UNICEF and several other NGOs.
“I thank Liverpool Hope University for being a part of my journey and giving me a successful career.”
